2017 NECTA Convention “Focus on Customer Excellence”
On behalf of all of us at NECTA and Convention Chair, John Sutich of Comcast, we thank you for attending the 49th Annual Convention and Exhibition at the Gurney’s Newport Resort & Marina!
In order to make next year’s conference even more successful, we have created a post-event survey which should only take a few minutes, and we thank you in advance for your honest comments and suggestions. Our primary goal at this year’s convention was to bring our industry members together for a unique, holistic experience: from our new location on Goat Island, to new speakers and dining experiences, to early morning yoga and harbor cruises!
As we finish out 2017 and move into 2018, we hope that you found the convention informative and worthwhile, and that our diverse and dynamic group of speakers and panelists provided you with valuable knowledge and insight into Customer Excellence.
As always, your presence helped to make this event a great success. Your enthusiasm and positive spirit made our time together both productive and fun.
